Lakeside Decor is proud to support and showcase local artisans. Their talent and craftmanship bring a unique and elegant flair to any room in your home.
Below are a few of the artisans featured in our store.

Jean Parent
Painting has become a way of life for Jean since recovering from cancer in 2006. Although she had painted with watercolour for 10 years, it wasn't until she experienced art therapy courses at Wellspring Niagara she truly found her passion. It was during these free expression sessions Jean began to realize the excitement of just putting colour to paper. This process became such a freeing and exciting experience she now spends part of her days exploring the richness of acrylic colour, the composition of abstraction, and her ability to find a voice through visual expression. We are truly fortunate to have found this wonderful artist to exhibit in our store. |
Tim Menzies
Tim has a wide range of experience from around the world. He was born in London England, has lived and studied art and photography in Toronto, Ottawa, the Bahamas and Jamaica. Tim currently resides in Barrie where he is the President of the Barrie Photo Club and actively promotes the annual colours of Music festival. |
Kevin CarewKevin was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia and grew up in Notre Dame de Grace, Quebec. He began painting ten years ago and fell in love with it.
